Tatilimizi (?) bitirip, yurttan ayrilip diger yurdumuza geri donduk :-)
Kisaca ozetlemek gerekirse seyahatimiz boyunca pestilimizin cikmis olmasina ragmen, tanidiklarimizi gordugumuz ve onlarla cok guzel vakit gecirdigimiz icin cok mutlu olduk... Yasadigimiz tum sorunlar mutlulugumuza golge dusuremedi :-)
Evet sorunlar diyorum cunku bir seyler ters gitmeye basladiginda pesi sira butun aksilikler bizim icin siralani verdi... Basimiza gelmeyen kalmadi... Pismis tavugun bile saygisini kazandik :-)
- Bavullarimiz kayboldu... Kendileri bize yaklasik olarak 4 hafta sonra teslim edildi.... Bulent'in donmesine birkac gun kala...
- Bruksel - Istanbul ucusumuz kalkmasina 30 dakika kala iptal edildi.... Kafasi kesilmis tavuk gibi havaalanlarinda baska bir havayolundan bilet bulabilmek icin kosturup durduk...
- Turkiye son 100 000 yilin en sicak yazini yasiyordu biz memlekete ayak bastigimizda... Buharlastik...
- 1.5 ayda 10 ucus yaptik... (Burada kimsenin hatasi yok... Planlamayi yapan bendenizin isguzarligi) ve her ucumuzdan once tatsizliklar yasadik...
- Bulent'i sivri sinekler parcaladi...
- Ankara'li taksicilerin 'efendi efendi' araba kullanislarindan sag saglim ciktik...
- Secimlerde oy kullandik... (Sonuc malum...)
- Once 4 saatlik Londra sonra da 11 saatlik LA ucusundan sonra LA havaalaninda meydana gelen teknik bir ariza yuzunden 4.5 saat ayrica ucak icerisinde bekletidik....
Ama Alara hic bu kadar mutlu olmamisti... Kizimizin bu kadar neseli, insan iliskilerine ac ve guler yuzlu oldugunu inanin bilmiyorduk.... Alara ile tanismak coook buyuk bir zevkti... Los Angeles ucusunda Alr murettebat ve yolcular tarafindan ucagin en mutlu insani secildi !
Fotograflardan goreceginiz uzere surekli olarak kendimizi en yakin su birikintisine atip durduk..... Serinledik ve herseye ragmen herseyin ve herkesin keyfini cikardik.... Iyiki gitmisiz...

ENGLISH SECTION welcomes you to our new adventures....
Thank you for processing throught the Turkish ordeal above :-)
We are back and boy are we tired ! This trip has been one looooong journey. Bulent and I have gone through so many things that like all too extravagant vacations we are now in need of a new one to recuperate. Basicaly everything that could go wrong went wrong....
- Our luggages got lost. (They were delivered with 4 weeks delay, just as Bulent was preparing to come back to the US)
- Our Bruxelles - Istanbul flight was cancelled just 30 minutes prior to take off... We had to run around Brussels Airport like chickens wihtout heads inorder to beat the crowd into finding alternative flights....
- Turkey was in the middle of its hottest summmer ever ! At one point I beleive we have evaporated....
- Bulent was assaulted by mosquitos !
- We had an election and voted... The result was devastating in it's self
- I made the trip back with Alr alone. After our 4 hour flight to London and our 11 hour flight to LA, we were detained in our plane for another 4.5 hour due to a computer breakdown of the imigration system. Sweeeeet!
But regarding everything I think we managed to have a great time.... We did all of our best to share precious time with our famillies and friends.
We were also surprised to learn alot of things about Alr. Her character and the way she aproaches life in itself left me lost for words. Alara is aparently a little girl who loves the company of others, loves to meet new peole, does not mind new environments and all sort of situation. Bulent and I could and should learn alot from her.... She was voted the happiest person on our flight when we finally got to leave our airplane in LAX.
Long story short: We were glad to see everyone we cared so much for.... Now we hardly remember all the problems we had during our journey... Wonderfull experience :-)
